The property is located in the village of Pareti; A small settlement directly on the sea on the south-west coast, in an ambience where calm and serenity prevail and is therefore ideal for a
holiday with children or for those who want to relax and unwind in their holiday.
In about 3-5 minutes one is at the sea (depending on the location of the apartment between 30 and 80 meters from the sand beach).
The small town of Capoliveri to whose municipality the the seaside settlement Pareti belongs to- is not quite 3 km away. All sports can be practiced in the immediate or indirect environment. Our apartments are built on a slight slope. The beach with medium-grained sand is not very large and mainly visited by the guests who are in the surrounding apartments and hotels. There are 7 modern apartments with 2-6 beds, kitchen bathroom, all apartments have an outside area consisting of private terrace with sea view and furnished with table and chairs so that you can take the meals there. There are also beach chairs or sun loungers.
To the general use are available Internet WiFi, washing machine, private parking, barbecue, outside shower. A travel cot and high chair can be provided . The beach is partly freely usable and partly only usable for renting umbrella and sunbathing. The Hotel Stella Maris is located directly on the beach, guests can rent sun umbrellas and sun loungers and also have the possibility to book the half-board or even the breakfast.
Of course, our pets are not to be left alone at home and can accompany our guests, of course.
However, it is necessary for the peaceful cohabitation with the other guests and to avoid "overfilling" with pets necessary to obtain our consent beforehand.
Dogs should be leashed on the property and provided that happened once a small "misfortune" the "head of household" should remove it immediately.
